COLIN is our Renewals and Reminders system, and now contains an Online Helpdesk and KnowledgeBase.

• One Login. You have a single COLIN username and password, rather than one Helpdesk username and password per product.
• One set of contact information
• Everything is in one place - reminders, renewals, helpdesk, knowledgebase, announcements, orders
